4.Why I find letters stitched on the received A&F garments are joined up by messy threads?

If you are a regular customer of Abercrombie clothes, you will be familiar with this particular style of Abercrombie which is purposely designed to make it look more worn to convey a sense of vintage fashion. So the letters on the garments are specially designed to be joined up by messy threads. However, the worn look of particular clothes does not mean they are destroyed and of bad sewing. Any complaint about messy threads around the letter or design patches is unacceptable reason for return or exchange.

5.How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?

Once you have submitted the order, it will normally take 1-2 working days for us to process the order and please allow 5-7 working days for delivery via Express Mail, we do not offer overnight shipping at present.

6. How much shipping will be charged for each order and how can I track my parcel online?

The tracking information will be sent by email once the items have been shipped. The shipping of the items is online traceable.

12.When will my products be delivered?

After your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking information e-mail. You can track your parcel status in 5 days online with the tracking number we offer. Usually you can receive your parcel in 7-9 working days.

13.What if I'm not in when you deliver?

Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday (also Saturday in the case of goods being delivered within 5 days under Standard delivery terms), between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient is not available, you can contact your local post office with your tracking number directly to arrange re-delivery or collect our parcel personally.

14.What should I do if the items were damaged upon receipt?

You need to inform us immediately upon receipt of shipment. Once you noted the product was damaged during shipment, we may require the item to be sent back to us or have the picture of the damaged item to be reviewed before we send out a new replacement or issue a refund.

15.How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?

The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. This will usually reach that account within 7-14 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit.
